As adults, we no longer have to incorporate other peoples opinions of ourselves. What matters most is our estimation of how we are progressing and how accountable we are to ourselves. While it may be very healthy and nurturing to be kind and considerate to ourselves, we still have to take on an outside objective role and gently but diligently realign, over and over, our core values and mission with our actions and achievements; forever creating a fine balancing act. This can be done with positivity, self-encouragement, love, and deep connection to the needs of our our body and soul.
Remember, we are like gentle flowers gently swaying and dancing in the wind - and we can only flourish in a healthy, productive and healing environment.
